"CHILDREN MUST BE TAUGHT HOW TO THINK, NOT WHAT TO THINK"
Margaret Mead

My philosophy

I always believed that the more we invest in our young children, the better the future outcome.
My goal is to help and support young people in their development and learning as well as their parents.
I firmly believe in the value of practicing teaching methods that inspire a passion for learning.

Collaboration and partnership with parents are essential to understand the families and better helping the child.
The ecological theory inspires me as all the systems surrounding the child can positively or negatively impact the child. All the systems must work harmoniously to help the smallest unit, the child.
I value autonomy because independence will help the student build confidence and high self-esteem.

Children are active, and I would like to provide them with an opportunity to learn in an energetic and motivating environment.
I value play and highly believe in its benefits for children's social and academic outcomes.
Each child is unique; therefore, differentiating the curriculum based on each child's level is critical for all students to be challenged and guided to more sophisticated thinking.

The child is a plant that needs to be cared for and nurtured to grow and glow to different flowers, which will make the world a beautiful garden.
